A beautiful home in the green - perhaps soon with you?

Dear fellow inhabitants, we are looking for a lovely, warm, and considerate person (can also be with a child) who enjoys sharing our home with us. We live as a family in a beautiful, freshly renovated single-family house in Schlatt bei Winterthur. Our home is bright, cozy, smoke-free, and full of life - with many windows, green plants, a spacious kitchen, and a wonderful garden that invites you to linger, garden, and enjoy. Can you imagine living under one roof with a family and still having your own private space? Then we might be exactly the right fit for you!

Living in the countryside - and yet close to the city: Schlatt is a small, idyllic village surrounded by meadows, forests, and beautiful walking and hiking paths. In summer, the Badi beckons, and many warm-hearted families also live here. The Postauto stops directly in front of the house and takes you to Winterthur in around 30 minutes.

What we wish for our coexistence: We look forward to a friendly, open, and mindful person (CH) who appreciates togetherness as much as their own retreat options. Perhaps we cook together occasionally, chat over a cup of tea, or enjoy a summer evening in the garden. If you like gardening, love nature, and value a clean, tidy home, that fits wonderfully with us. We are a lively family and spend a lot of time at home. Therefore, we wish for someone who works or studies regularly during the day. A parking space can be rented additionally.

We are:
A small CH family (2nd child in KiGa) from Winti, who like to be active in nature: cycling, skating, climbing, yoga, and swimming are favorite hobbies. We like to make a little music and sing, travel, and appreciate mindful, honest interaction; we like creativity, order, and like things to be well-maintained; we are spontaneous, empathetic, sociable, and like exchange regarding humans and animals, as well as silence and alone time at home.
