Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a mom or dad with a toddler (approx. 3–9 years) for our shared apartment in the area between Stäfa and Männedorf (30 min. to Zürich, 20 min. to Rapperswil). Surroundings: meadows, vineyards, lake view, Badi Männedorf and Badi Stäfa nearby. Our maisonette apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, in the upper two floors of the house – all rooms have a lake view. Two rooms available – one large 35sqm, one smaller 12 sqm.

CHF 1250 rental price per month (excl. NK)
CHF 165 service charges

Do you feel like creating a beautiful home with me? Do you feel like togetherness and a home? Our garden has a small playground and fire pit and would like to be brought to life by all of us.
