Room in a shared flat

In our beautiful 4-person shared apartment at Paulusplatz, a room will become available from 1 October. The apartment is truly dreamy. Here are just the best facts: - Maisonette apartment - Room with a view of the Pilatus - 3 WC - Fully equipped kitchen with airfryer, KitchenAid etc. - Private roof terrace larger than 100 square meters, plus two balconies Currently, we are three women and one man. I am moving out on 1 October and am therefore looking for a female successor. If you are in your mid-20s, you will fit perfectly into the shared apartment! We always enjoy it when a shared coffee, cooking evening, game night, or going out arises. At the same time, however, every person has their own daily routine. Between studies, work, self-employment, hobbies, and traveling, everyone is always busy. Therefore, we are rather rarely all at home at the same time. That makes the shared moments even more beautiful when they occur. The apartment is located on the top floor (with lift) and is spacious and bright. The highlight is definitely the large window front with a panoramic view as far as the Pilatus. In addition, there is a cozy balcony with hanging chairs and evening sun and a large private roof terrace. Furthermore, it offers, among other things, underfloor heating, two refrigerators, a large freezer, a robot vacuum cleaner, and much more. The best thing is to simply come by and see for yourself! The bus stop is directly in front of the door. So really directly: you practically fall from the front door into the bus. You can reach the train station in around 5 minutes by bus or bike, or in 10 minutes on foot. Directly opposite, there is a post office, shopping facilities, and various cafés. Parking facilities are available nearby. Laundry is done flexibly in the shared laundry room. We wish for a home where everyone feels comfortable and takes responsibility. Cleanliness is particularly important to us. We have a high standard and expect that each person not only tidies up after themselves but also thinks ahead and takes initiative independently when something needs to be done.
