Room in a shared flat

Simon (30) and Paul (27) are looking for a third in our group for our beautiful shared apartment in Freilager!

We are both working architects and are looking for a sympathetic, uncomplicated person of our age who is also in professional life and feels like having a relaxed shared apartment life.

Simon is in the office a lot during the week, but occasionally also works from home. On the weekend, he likes to be out with friends, traveling, or enjoys being cozy at home. Paul has a long-distance relationship and is therefore regularly in Wien.

We see ourselves as a relaxed shared apartment where everyone has their own space, but people also enjoy meeting each other. About once a week we eat dinner together and take time for an exchange. We are therefore looking for a rather quiet person who appreciates uncomplicated coexistence but likes to contribute – whether it is during a shared meal, with ideas for the apartment, or in the care of our plants, furniture..

Long-term and pleasant coexistence would be important to us. Ideally, you could also imagine continuing the apartment together with Simon as a pair at a later date, should Paul move out.
