We are leaving our very nice flat for a bigger one, and we'll miss this place as it it is a really nice place to live, with new amenities, a rooftop terrasse to share, very good insulation and ventilation (good temperature in Summer and Winter!) The building is really well located, with a Spar at 2min from it, a small thai restaurant just down and a Pure-Gym in the building The best is to check all the layouts directly on the website of the tenant directly on emil-nord.ch (the website doesn't work on the computer, only on the phone. There it is possible do to a 3D visit and look at the plan and more information about the flat!) The building is meant mostly for your people, mostly students/PhD/young professional. Pets are not allowed We're moving out at the very beginning of September and the flat would be available on 14.September.
