3 ½ rooms apartment

Our 3.5 room new building apartment is available for exchange. We moved in as first tenants 3 years ago and have enjoyed the sunny apartment ever since. \- The room layout (living kitchen, two bedrooms, large living room, balcony) is perfect and well aligned, with a lot of light and privacy. \- The large kitchen windows lead directly to the park and we observe the change of seasons from here. \- The kitchen and bathroom are equipped according to the latest standards. \- The apartment has two wet cells: one with shower, bathtub and WC, one with WC. \- The Reduit offers storage space in the apartment as well as a washing machine and dryer. \- A basement compartment belongs to the apartment \- A drying room can be used jointly \- The kindergarten is 50 meters away and is located in the park \- Tram stops are 100 and 400 meters away. \- The outdoor pool Letzigraben is 200 meters from the house entrance. The cohabitation in the house is friendly and uncomplicated. We are looking for a new apartment or house (part) for only one reason, because the 3.5 room apartment becomes too small for two children in the long term.
