3 ½ rooms apartment

I rent out my beautiful and modern 3.5 room apartment for **subletting, limited from October 1, 2026 to approximately June 30, 2027** (exact date by arrangement). The apartment is bright, modern and very cozy. It has a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and an additional room that can be used as an office or guest room. What I'm looking for: I'm looking for a reliable, tidy female individual (non-smoker, no pets) who appreciates the apartment during this time and handles it carefully.
