1 room single room

For my beautiful, quiet and very centrally located 4.5 room apartment with a view of the lake and mountains in Meggen, I am looking for a roommate (or possibly a male roommate). I rent out the large room (Master Bedroom 14.3 m2) and also a smaller one (9.6 m2) right next to it. You have the apartment mostly to yourself because I, when I'm here, usually come home late and only to sleep. Sometimes, nice foreign friends stay overnight in my room. You are an uncomplicated, open-minded, tidy person and enjoy my mostly English-speaking visitors. You can also rent the garage if you want (Fr. 140.-). I am often abroad and when I am in Switzerland, I am usually working. I cook and live very close by and need my apartment mainly for sleeping and to accommodate my guests. Also suitable for weekly commuters. Meggen center, bus and shops are accessible in less than 5 minutes.
