From 01 January 2027, we are renting a 3½-room apartment on the 1st floor with approx. 75 m² in 3266 Wiler bei Seedorf.

• Move-in earliest from 1 January 2027 or later by arrangement
• CHF 1'700. incl. service charges
• CHF 50. per outdoor parking space (multiple parking spaces are available)
• additional storage space in the attic

What awaits you:
Together with us (Yvonne & Marc), 12 animals live here (2 ponies, 2 mini-shettys, 4 alpacas, 2 cats and 2 rabbits) and whoever wants to can become part of our farm life.

• uncomplicated, friendly coexistence on the farm

• public transport connection every 30 minutes (towards Bern and Lyss)
• view of the alpaca and pony pastures
• shared patio with grill
• if desired, walks with alpacas / mini-shettys or riding participation
• PV system from spring 2027 (possibility of a charging station for an e-car)

What we wish for:

• Animal-loving person/s who enjoy living in the countryside.
• Occasional voluntary assistance in the stable is welcome, but not a must. A respectful and uncomplicated coexistence is important to us.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs or additional cats, as our cats do not cope well with them. We are happy to discuss other pets individually.
