A room is becoming available in a three-person shared apartment (WG). We are two working professionals, 60 and 47 years old.
It is a 5 ½ room apartment on the 2nd floor with a large living-kitchen-dining area that is used communally. There are two bathrooms and an additional guest WC available. To the south lies a large balcony of about 44m2. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed. The room is 7m2 and faces west. An outdoor parking space can be rented in addition to the room.
The house is located in a cul-de-sac, thus very quiet. There are four parties in the house, with only one per floor. We are in the Kurzrickenbach quarter towards Bottighofen. You are quickly in the greenery, and with the bike, you are at the lake in 4 minutes. On foot, the bus is reachable in 3 minutes, the train station in 8 minutes, and the lake in 20 minutes.
We have our own laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there are no times during which washing is not allowed.
The room is available from 2. December, but can also be taken over earlier by arrangement. The bed can be taken over against a small transfer fee. A built-in wardrobe is available in the hallway. Thus, no wardrobe needs to be brought.
Ideal for commuters (Wochenaufenthalter).
