Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone :) I am renting out my beautiful large room for a limited time for the month of August/early September, as I am traveling. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible; please feel free to write to me regarding which period and how many weeks you require a room. The room is part of a spacious 4-person shared apartment, with a large balcony, open kitchen, and two bathrooms as highlights. My three flatmates (2 women, 1 man) are very social and always open to having dinner together. The location is top: directly in front of the front door is a bus stop, within 5 minutes you are at Kloten Bahnhof, from where a train reaches Zürich HB within 15 minutes. You are at Zürich Flughafen in 10 minutes by bus. I am looking for: \- preferably a woman \- who is very clean & takes care of my furniture \- who waters my plants from time to time (I have a small jungle oasis in my room ;)) Special: I have a very sweet, cuddly cat - his name is Yoshi. Therefore, I am preferably looking for a person who takes care of him while living with me. In return, I offer a rent reduction - the room would then cost only 600.- instead of 650.-. If I do not find a responsible person, I will find another solution for my cat. Yoshi is a unique cat that one can only love.
