Visits
Due to the completion of works, visits will be difficult to organize immediately.
A first visit can be considered as early as Friday 30 October 2026 in the evening.

Application conditions
A complete application file must be provided and include at least the following documents:

• Copy of a valid identity document or residence permit
• Recent extract from the Office des poursuites (dated less than 3 months)
• Last three payslips
• Copy of the employment contract or employer's certificate
• Contact details of the previous landlord, if applicable
• Bank certificate confirming the availability of funds corresponding to three months of gross rent

If your application is selected, additional documents may be requested.

The rent guarantee must imperatively be established exclusively in the form of a bank guarantee corresponding to three months of gross rent.
Rent guarantees issued by private organizations, such as SwissCaution, Firstcaution or Web Caution, are not accepted.
Applicants who do not have a bank guarantee meeting these conditions are requested to refrain from applying.
