From **1. September 2026**, I am renting out a bright room of approx. **12.5 m²** in a modern 3.5-room apartment in Kloten. The apartment is located on the second floor of a new building that was occupied in December 2025. It is **88 m²** in total, south-facing, and offers a direct view of the greenery. Thanks to the large windows, the apartment is very bright and also receives a lot of sun in winter. Despite the south orientation, the temperature remained pleasant even during the hot summer. The apartment features: * a spacious living room * a modern, open kitchen with a kitchen island * a large balcony with a view of nature * two separate WCs, one of which has a shower * a utility room (Reduit) with its own washing machine and tumble dryer * a spacious cellar * an elevator Although the apartment is located near the airport, it is very quiet in the apartment and in the immediate surroundings. The forest is located immediately next to the building and is ideal for walking, jogging, or relaxing. The room can be taken over with the existing furniture upon request. The details regarding this can be arranged directly with the previous flatmate. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally if required. The rent is **CHF 1’250 per month including electricity and internet**. Other shared household costs are organized flexibly by arrangement – either together or separately. **About me** I am 48 years old and work as a UX Design Lead. I am quiet, tidy, and open.
