Limited term until Dec 2026 incl., possible extension I am offering my beautiful, bright, spacious and very quiet studio with a large window front around the corner and a view of the greenery. It is an interim use from Interim and currently limited until Dec 2026 incl. A possible extension is possible, but one does not know yet. The studio is a perfect place for creative work; it is quiet, bright, large and yet cozy. The tables could remain inside on loan if desired. I would clear the rest. Everything is included in the rental price, utilities and internet. It is room 2.15 on the 1st floor on the floor plan. I look forward to hearing from you.
