Do you work in Zürich or the surrounding area and are looking for a quiet, private retreat?

Your private area:

• a total of approx. 16 m² of private area, including your own hallway, bathroom and bedroom with stone wall
• a somewhat secluded location within the house
• lots of privacy

Our home offers around 180 m² of living space and spacious communal areas:

• large living room with projector and fireplace
• very spacious parlor with tiled stove
• large open kitchen with full equipment
• utility room with washing machine and tumbler
• several seating areas, covered and outdoors
• large garden
• underfloor heating
• sauna and plunge pool
• and much more

All communal rooms can be used.

We are looking for:

• working person
• commuter / weekly resident
• friendly and uncomplicated person

We are a working couple and are looking for someone who fits well into our relaxed home.

A small (and old) dog lives in the household. Therefore, other dogs are unfortunately not possible.

Location & Connection:

• 8604 Volketswil
• highway reachable in approx. 2 minutes
• with public transport approx. 30 minutes from door to door to Zürich Hauptbahnhof

A parking space directly in front of the apartment can optionally be rented for CHF 80.–/month.

Costs:

CHF 790.– per month including service charges

Parking space optional: CHF 80.–/month

Mietdauer:

Initially 6 months. If it works well for both sides, we can very well imagine a long-term extension.
