Room in a shared flat

From 01.12.2023, a cozy shared flat room will become available and we are looking for a new roommate. We are 23 and 25 years old and work as a designer and in IT. The apartment (two-family house with 6.5 rooms) is located in Lerchenfeld and offers a large living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious terrace (with grill), lawn, and a small garden. There is a basement and a washing machine and dryer are available. General costs such as Serafe + garbage bags are shared among the roommates. Additionally, certain household chores should be divided. Note that two cats live here, so a dog would not be suitable. A viewing appointment can be arranged.
