Room in a shared flat

Who we are:
We are Vera, Gregory and Benjamin – an open shared apartment in a modern flat in the middle of Schwamendingen.
Vera is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Biodiversity. Alongside her studies, she takes care of the numerous plants in our shared apartment with great commitment.
Gregory works as an IT consultant and supports large companies in better organizing and utilizing their data. Since he works a lot from home, he is often to be found in the shared apartment during the day.
Benjamin is a spatial planner and designs the living spaces of tomorrow. He is on the road a lot. However, when he is around, he enjoys cooking.
We also like to be active alongside work and studies: Benjamin and Gregory occasionally play tennis together. Vera and Gregory enjoy being out on their bikes and regularly go on bike tours together.
Our open kitchen with living room is the meeting point of the shared apartment – this is where we meet by chance and tell each other how our day was. An uncomplicated way of living together is important to us, where you enjoy exchanging ideas and doing something together, but of course also have your own personal space.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated and reliable person who enjoys a diverse shared apartment and communal living.

What the room is like:
The room is around 11m2 in size and has a lot of light thanks to the large window front. The rental price is CHF 745 (incl. utilities – electricity, water, heating). Additionally, a small amount – around CHF 10 for internet and possibly TV – is added.
The room is available indefinitely from 16 October.
You share the bathroom with two roommates*. We have a spacious living room, a modern open kitchen and a large balcony, a cellar compartment and a shared laundry room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as one shared bike cellar.
You can reach Schwamendingerplatz with tram, bus, Coop, Migros, Denner, pharmacies and post office in three minutes on foot. It is around 15 minutes to the main station, and 5 minutes to Stettbach.
