The residential building is located in the southeast of the town of Laufen. Schools, train station, old town, and shopping facilities are reachable in the immediate vicinity. The bright 3, 4 and 5-room apartments with garden seating area or balcony possess a special character and a practical standard of fittings. The balconies are spacious and versatile in their use.
