The property is in private family ownership. Available from October 1, 2026 (possibly mid-September) The apartment was freshly painted a year ago and, with the associated communal garden, is particularly suitable for a family. * An outdoor parking space is included in the rent. * Pets are allowed as long as they do not disturb other tenants. * Two washing machines and a dryer are available in the laundry room. * Also, a cellar compartment.
