WG room in Eiken - available immediately

Hello everyone :), we are the WG at Grendelweg 11 in Eiken and are looking for a sympathetic new female roommate or a sympathetic new male roommate starting immediately.

The apartment
The vacant room is approx. 16 m² in size. The apartment offers a spacious, bright living room with a cozy fireplace as well as a balcony, where one can relax and enjoy the evening in summer.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. A washing machine is located directly in the apartment; additionally, shared washing machines and dryers are available in the cellar. The apartment has two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. Fiber optics with 10 Gbit/s is also installed.

The apartment is well connected to public transport, with good connections to Aarau, Basel and Zürich. If required, an outdoor parking space can be rented for CHF 35.– per month (under certain circumstances, underground garage spaces may also be available, but we would have to clarify this upon interest).

Who we are
We are Dani and Micha, both 26 years old. Dani is employed, Micha works part-time and studies on the side. We are both always up for an entertaining conversation in the living room, preferably with a hop-containing beverage to go with it.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person our age who also works or studies, enjoys participating in sometimes meaningful and sometimes nonsensical conversations, and is looking for a pleasant home.
