We offer a studio consisting of one room that can accommodate two people, with:

A complete and fully equipped kitchen;
A bathroom with a bathtub;
A bed for the first person;
A sofa bed for the second person.

The accommodation corresponds to the photos presented.

Flatsharing conditions

We are looking for a person to share only daily life and living space with us.

It is expressly specified that this flatsharing does not grant any right or any possibility to use the address for administrative purposes, in particular:

for registration with the commune;
for an official declaration or change of address;
for a permit or residence permit application;
for procedures related to official residence;
for obtaining credit or bank financing;
or for any other administrative, financial or legal procedure using this address.

The person sought must therefore clearly understand and accept this condition before any contact.
