Room in a shared flat

The room is in an approximately three-hundred-year-old timber-framed house that has not been completely renovated. We heat with wood, which, as is well known, gives three times the warmth. Together with the second house, the house is surrounded by a generous garden with berries, fruits, vegetables, trees, barbecue and chill areas... From the room on the first floor, there is a direct view of the greenery. There is another room that is vacant, which is located on the ground floor, and finally, there is another room that can be used as a studio or office or whatever else is needed. We are looking for people who are not stubborn, but are nevertheless up for shenanigans, contribute to the group, love and care for our two cats, do not whine because not everything is digital (a fiber optic connection is available nonetheless), have an appreciation for aesthetics, are good craftsmen and thinkers, and join in our philosophical discussions on the terrace. Actually, all current residents are artistically active. Well, we will talk on the phone and then see further if it fits. We are three men, one woman, two cats, between 7 and 55 years old. One house is currently occupied by three people; the timber-framed house needs to be filled because, as life happens, free space has become available.
