I am looking for a new female or male flatmate. A beautiful room with 13.3 m² + 14.9 m² shared dressing room with its own 3-meter wardrobe is becoming available in my 4.5-room terrace apartment.

• Large sofa with TV – almost like a home cinema 🎬
• Reduit (storage room)
• Washing machine & tumbler in the apartment
• shared use: robot vacuum cleaner (saves time & nerves)

• shared dressing room
• Rent: 1'350CHF per month, utilities are already included, internet etc. all included!

Important to know:
My free-roaming cat also lives in the shared flat, who is out and about outside but also very much enjoys chilling at home. 🐱

About me:
My name is Pedro, I am 32 years old and work as a teacher. In my free time, I like to cook, do sports, and meet with friends. At home, I like it relaxed, but I also find shared evenings with good food or a movie nice. A respectful and uncomplicated coexistence in the shared flat is important to me.
