Room in a shared flat

Our shared flat is looking for a new tenant starting from **1. November 2026**: * **Your room:** approx. 16m2, unfurnished with morning sun. A sideboard can be taken over upon request. * **The apartment:** 4.5 rooms (84m2), modern kitchen, balcony with herb beds and balcony solar power plant. Makerspace with some tools. Cellar and attic compartments. Shared laundry room with dryer. Pets and instruments are allowed subject to our landlords' approval (very chill). A parking space can be rented additionally. * **The location:** Quiet - located at the edge of the forest. Coop and Bauhaus reachable within a few minutes' walk. Well connected to public transport (from the house, you are in Bern in approx. 15 minutes). * **The WG:** 2-person WG - Manuel (22, computer scientist) is staying and is looking forward to someone new. With us, there is a little bit of everything: sometimes cooking together, sometimes a movie or game night, sometimes tinkering with the homelab or working in the craft room - but anything is possible, nothing is mandatory! **Who we are looking for:** Whether student or employed - the main thing is that you are uncomplicated and want a relaxed togetherness.
