4 rooms apartment

As of 1 December 2026, we are looking for a replacement tenant for our spacious 4.5-room apartment in Bühl in Uetendorf.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 3-family house in a very quiet, sunny and rural location with a beautiful view of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau as well as the Stockhorn chain and Niesen.

The apartment has approx. 86 m² of living space and offers an open kitchen with a kitchen island, a Swedish stove, a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink as well as a separate guest toilet.

Particularly much space is offered by the around 70 m² of private ancillary rooms located directly on the same floor as the apartment. These include a private laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as spacious storage and cellar rooms, which are also suitable for hobbies or crafting.

The outdoor area includes a balcony of approx. 17 m², a terrace of approx. 22 m² as well as a private lawn area of approx. 60 m².

Pets are possible on request. Directly next to the house is a small horse stable with four boxes; these are currently rented out.
