1 rooms apartment

Attic apartment for rent CHF 1350. all included

I am looking for a successor for a spacious and well-organized attic apartment.

The apartment consists of:

• Eat-in kitchen
• Large living room
• Double bedroom
• Spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, two washbasins, bidet and WC

The attic is much higher than it may appear from the photos: the lowest point is approximately 1.70 m, while in the central part the height is significantly greater.

A private cellar and a private parking space complete the apartment.

Rent: CHF 1350.
Parking space + advance for expenses: total approximately CHF 1350. per month
