Room in a shared flat

Who would like to share my small 90 m² kingdom/cabinet of curiosities on the 4th floor of an old building (without a lift!) with me? Two rooms for me, two rooms for you - your two rooms together = 27 m² - 1 x 14 m² and 1 x 13 m². The cozy kitchen, the emerald green bathroom, the separate toilet in the old style: a long and narrow corridor with a skylight at the end of the corridor and the entrance hall, which we can use and enjoy together with our families and friends. Roof terrace with a panoramic view in all four directions, shared with the tenants of the lower floors. Laundry room in the attic (just one floor above the kingdom!). Located in the city center, spacious, bright, parquet floors in the four rooms, original tiles in the kitchen, vinyl flooring in the entrance hall, bathroom, and toilet, numerous built-in closets. I am 58 years old - still young! I have an administrative position in the social sector here in Biel and am often on the road, but I also love to stay in my feel-good oasis, where I like to tinker, cook Italian, eat internationally, drink Sicilian wine, discuss, laugh, and talk (sometimes a bit louder) and listen to vinyl records and cassettes in a convivial atmosphere with the people I particularly like and appreciate. I look forward to getting to know new faces and hearing new voices, new accents in French, German, Italian, or any other language you bring, you with your family and friends.
