Room in a shared flat

In our small house directly opposite the Badi Letzigraben, an attic room will become available from mid-October (move-in possible between 1. Nov. and 1. Dec.).
We are Natalia (40), who enjoys gardening and being out in the city, and Michi (43), who is often out paragliding. We are the two main tenants and appreciate an uncomplicated, relaxed coexistence.
The house has four floors. Your room (approx. 20m2) is located in the attic, including a bathroom and a small pantry. Practical: Each floor has its own bathroom. Our shared kitchen and living room are located on the 2nd floor. The house also includes a garden and a terrace.
We are looking for a working person, ideally between 35 and 45 years old, who wants to live centrally and yet quietly in a little house with a garden.
