About the apartment This modern 4.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building complex and is easily accessible by lift. It is generously laid out and features a balcony, which offers space for both cozy evenings and smaller parties. Your future room is beautifully bright and approximately 12 m² in size. It offers enough space to furnish it cozily and individually. In the basement, a washing machine, a dryer, and a clothesline are available for shared use. Thanks to the built-in cupboards in the hallway and an additional cellar compartment, there is also sufficient storage space. For those who have a car: An underground parking space can be rented for CHF 135.–/month. Who we are looking for: The most important thing to us is that it simply fits – reliable, respectful, open to pleasant cohabitation. Ideally, you are between 20 and 35 years old and are looking for more than just a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but still like things uncomplicated and relaxed. In short: relaxed, honest, and tidy, and every now and then you feel like having a shared dinner or a beer together. In your inquiry, please write briefly about who you are, what you do, and what is important to you in living together. Unfortunately, we do not answer inquiries without a personal introduction or with standard texts. We are: We are Fabian (32, student) and Zakaria (28, real estate agent) We both live quite independently and are frequently on the go. We are rather a quiet WG, but we occasionally have visitors. An enjoyable, considerate, and uncomplicated living atmosphere is important to us. With us, there are neither cleaning schedule dramas nor mandatory WG evenings. Nevertheless, we enjoy it when people occasionally eat together spontaneously, have a drink, or exchange a few words. Own ideas, suggestions, and fresh air are welcome at any time.
