Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new roommate for my shared flat at Bärenplatz from July. Your room is well-cut and has the shortest way to the fridge with its location opposite the kitchen ;) The south-facing windows let in a lot of light, but the rest of the apartment is also nice and bright and cozy. The apartment has a small, charming bathroom with a window, a living kitchen with a door (!) and, in addition to a large hallway with built-in closets, also a small guest room that we can also use as a common living room. Otherwise, your visit is always welcome :) My room has a balcony that still needs some design and which you are welcome to use at any time. In the basement, there are washing machines and both there and on the attic a drying room PLUS storage room! Crazy 😅 In the backyard, there is a bike cellar and a shelter. So plenty of space for the important things 😎 Location: The apartment is located directly at Bärenplatz, ultra-central - with Migros, Denner, and bakery right outside the door, 5 minutes to the swimming pool, 10 minutes to the train station (5 by bike) and 2 minutes to the Horst 😎 But you can also reach Seeburg Park or Konstanz quickly. It doesn't get any better! 😊 Shared flat life: I'm 36 and actually a trained architect, but I've been working as a coordinator for foot and bicycle traffic at the city of Frauenfeld since June 2025. I've always lived in shared flats during my studies and loved it completely ❤️ So I would be happy if shared flat life is more than just paying little rent for you. I like to swim, ride a bike, play volleyball, go to the cinema and concerts... but I also let myself be carried away by any nonsense. I'm also involved with SoLawi Konstanz on a voluntary basis, and I'm happy if you help me eat vegetables 😅 I would also claim to be quite uncomplicated. Of course, I expect basic cleanliness from you, but I'm not Mrs. Pingel. Otherwise, I laugh a lot and loudly... so it would be cool if you're also a rather cheerful person 🙃 Miscellaneous: If you have a car, you can try to rent a parking space. They are relatively rare, though. Otherwise, you can also apply for a spot with the city.
