Room in a shared flat

Welcome to the 11-person FeelFreshWG in Winterthur.

From 1 January 2027, 2 rooms will become available in our shared apartment.

• 17.5 square meters on the 3rd floor: Gross CHF 990 (820 + 170 NK)
• 15 square meters on the 1st floor: Gross CHF 930 (760 + 170 NK)

Both rooms have carpeted flooring as well as their own sink.

The FeelFreshWG is located very close to the city center in 8400 Winterthur; in a few minutes, you can reach Winterthur Hauptbahnhof by bus or bicycle. Additionally, the Eschenbergwald is located for nature lovers on the other side of the street.

The WG consists of 11 young people in a three-story house on Breitestrasse in Winterthur (average age mid-20s). We enjoy doing things together, so it is not a purely functional WG. Of course, the privacy of all residents is respected.

We are looking for someone between 18 - 35 years old who enjoys social contact and contributes to the WG life. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us, especially in the kitchen. Living together works well and we want to maintain the relaxed atmosphere.

The house is very well equipped for shared use:
2x bathrooms with a total of 3 toilets, 4 showers, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 1 dishwasher, 3 refrigerators and 1 freezer. Living room with dartboard, table football and a shared dining table.

All common rooms are cleaned once a week by cleaning staff, so no one has to clean toilets ;-) Although we are 11 people, there are actually never problems with the number of showers in the morning. In the garden around the house, we have a hot pot, lounge, grill, ping-pong table and a fire pit.

The price includes service charges such as internet, waste disposal, Billag, electricity, heating, etc. So no unexpected costs are added! Fast WLAN internet is included. A parking space directly in front of the house can be rented additionally for 60 francs per month.
