As of 01.November 2026, we are looking for new tenants for the bright, 5-room apartment floating in the 4th floor above the city.
The lake is reachable in 15 min on foot. Post, Denner, Coop, Migros are within a 5-minute walking distance. The school is right around the corner.
The apartment is centrally located between Kreuzplatz and Hegibachplatz and is easily accessible by public transport. It impresses with a good floor plan that is suitable for families, couples, or shared apartments. The kitchen (with dishwasher) invites you to sit, laugh, and cook together and has a small balcony for kitchen herbs. Two large, light-flooded rooms with access to the extraordinarily long balcony allow for a view of the Üetliberg, but above all make much sky visible over the rooftops. Two of the other rooms are normal-sized, one is rather small; these are not facing the street. A separate WC and bathroom help organize the morning.
Shared laundry room with tumble dryer and uncomplicated registration on the EG. The cellar compartment is in the UG.
