I am subletting my furnished apartment, located in the Élysée district in Lausanne sous-gare, from 13 February to 15 July 1017, as part of a sabbatical.

Located on the 3rd and top floor with an elevator, the apartment is very bright, warm, and pleasant to live in.

It consists of a large living area with a lounge and dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking greenery.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with parquet flooring and careful decoration and character. It will be ready to live in upon arrival.
