Room in a shared flat

We, Nikolas (25) and Romy (28), are looking forward to a new flatmate who will share our beautiful home with us. In our shared flat, we cultivate a cozy, friendly togetherness and enjoy the evening sun on the rooftop terrace/balcony. At the same time, everyone has their own free space – we are both working (banking; EDA) and are often out in the evenings, but we also like to spend time at home. We are a quiet shared flat and value order and cleanliness. :) About us: Romy: I work at the EDA in the section for equal opportunities and like to deal with sociocritical questions on topics such as colonialism and patriarchy. I dance Afro and Commercial and often at parties, like to go to the water and into nature, and enjoy cooking. Nikolas: I work in banking and in my free time, I like to go to the fitness studio, play tennis, and ski. I also like to cook with friends and make excursions into nature or weekend trips to other cities. The room & the apartment: The apartment is a beautiful maisonette apartment. The room is very bright and has its own bathroom. It has a large window with a view of a quiet inner courtyard with a green garden and a beautiful cherry tree. Although it has sloping ceilings, part of the anteroom also belongs to it, where a desk or a dresser fits well. Since the room is on the second floor, you have a lot of space and privacy for yourself. :) The apartment also offers: - a sunny rooftop terrace - a cozy living room - a spacious kitchen Location: The apartment is located in the beautiful district 5 – central, lively, and yet quiet. Everything is within a few minutes' reach: - 5 minutes to the Limmat - 5 minutes to the Langstrasse - 5 minutes to the Josefwiese - 5 minutes to Gerold's Garden / Hardbrücke - 5 minutes by tram to the main station The neighborhood is full of life, colors, cafes, bars, and restaurants, and at the same time, you can enjoy a lot of privacy and no noise.
