I am looking for someone for my studio on the 4th floor of the Winkelbau in the Zwhatt-Areal. The building was once an office building and was converted into small, climate-friendly studios – mine belongs to the «Eco Living» concept with a kitchen and bathroom in metal-clay construction and flexible room dividers, which allow you to divide the space yourself. Cooking can be done in your own kitchenette or in the communal kitchen with a dishwasher.

• Laundry room in the house (runs via an app)
• Electricity, water, and all ancillary costs are included in the rent

Location
Directly near the Regensdorf-Watt station (<2min), in around 25 minutes by train to Zürich HB. Shopping and gastronomy directly next door (Coop, Aldi, Lidl, Migros).
Good to know

• The studios are intended for young people in training or in a job (2 persons).
• No landline internet – I have solved this via hotspot, works without problems.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.
