DREAM FLATSHARE IN LAUSANNE: LAKE VIEW, BALNEO & GOOD VIBES!

A stunning architect's house, a view of the lake, a spa-style bathroom. No, it's not a 5-star hotel, it's your future flatshare!

We are offering a furnished room in a magnificent architect's house in Lausanne, ideally located a stone's throw from transport, the CHUV and Place de la Sallaz.

THE SETTING? RATHER EXCEPTIONAL!

View of the lake and trees Because starting your day with a beautiful panorama is still better than a concrete wall!

Large living spaces To chat, share a drink or simply enjoy your own space.

Ultra-equipped kitchen To awaken the Top Chef sleeping within you (or just reheat your pasta with class).

Balneo bathroom Bathtub and massaging shower Yes, you can also relax like at a spa without leaving the house!

Washing machine Because clean clothes are nice too.

Transport nearby Bus at the bottom of the house, metro 10 mins walking distance, highway 5 mins

Flatmates of all ages, friendly and open-minded Here, no age limit, just good energy and mutual respect!

THE PRICE? ALL INCLUSIVE!
From Wi-Fi to plates, everything is included!
No bad surprises, no complex calculations to figure out who owes 2.50 CHF to whom.

You arrive with your suitcase, and you are at home!

LIGHTWEIGHT RENTAL DOSSIER Because we prefer getting to know you rather than three binders of paperwork!

THE IDEAL PROFILE?

We are looking for a reliable, respectful, friendly and CLEAN person.

A small detail that matters: here, we like it when the house stays as beautiful as when we arrived!

No need to be a manic, just to like living in a clean and pleasant place, and to naturally participate in its maintenance.

Age? We don't care!
Respect? Indispensable!
Good vibes? Highly recommended!

SO, SHALL WE MEET?

If you are looking for much more than just a simple room, a magnificent living space, a convivial atmosphere and cool flatmates, write us a few words about yourself!
