From 1 October, two attractive, versatile rooms are available for rent in the lower part of a single-family house in Zürich-Witikon. The rooms are suitable as practice, therapy, or office rooms as well as sleeping or living rooms. Each room is approx. 18 m² in size, features a built-in wardrobe, and offers direct access to the sunny terrace, which invites you to linger and relax. The following are available for shared use: * Private bathroom with separate shower and WC * Shared laundry room * Possibility to set up part of the laundry room as a simple kitchenette (e.g., with a small refrigerator and a hotplate) Location: The property is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in Witikon, only a few meters from the Zweiackerstrasse bus stop. With the bus, you can reach the city center of Zürich directly. A shopping center with supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, church, and other shops can be reached in 3 bus stops or approx. 15 minutes on foot. Since a family (mother with three teenagers) lives in the upper part of the house, we preferably wish for female tenants or a quiet practice (e.g., therapy, counseling, coaching, or similar activities).
