Room in a shared flat

From December, a beautiful, bright room on the ground floor will be available in our cozy multi-generational shared flat. The two large windows provide plenty of daylight and a pleasant atmosphere to feel good in. The room has its own toilet with sink. The shower, kitchen, living room, and garden are shared. Location: - Only 5 minutes walk to Lake Hallwil - Only 5 minutes walk to Beinwil am See train station Who we are: We are a quiet, uncomplicated house community with two roommates on the upper floor: a kindergarten teacher and a young professional from the healthcare sector who is only occasionally at home on weekends. Who we are looking for: We are looking forward to a reliable, tidy, and friendly person who appreciates respectful coexistence and feels comfortable in a family-friendly living atmosphere. Important: Our garden is close to our hearts. Therefore, occasional help in the garden is part of the cohabitation and is a prerequisite for renting.
