Room in a shared flat

Beautiful shared apartment in Schaffhausen

In the housing cooperative «WAGI», we have set up our shared apartment in a large flat. Our wish is communal living that is more than just a functional community.

The Wagenareal also offers a workshop, a studio, a common room with a kitchen, and a garden for the entire cooperative. All residents participate in the design! Additionally, there is a large bicycle garage and two e-carsharing cars. The SH train station is only 7 minutes away on foot.

Our apartment is approx. 200m2, with 3 clusters each having 2 rooms, a cloakroom, and one bathroom. We all share the living room and the kitchen / dining room. From the apartment, you can quickly reach the communal roof garden and laundry room.

From June 2025, we will be five adults (3 f, 2 m) between the ages of 25 and 50.
We are looking for an open, tidy, and easy-going person of any age.
A room will become available on 02.22.26 for a single person who is interested in living together in a modern shared apartment.

Are you interested and feel addressed to be part of it? Or do you have any questions? Then please feel free to get in touch with us. We can discuss everything else then. We look forward to meeting you!
