Room in a shared flat

We are looking for **two new flatmates from December or by arrangement** for our spacious home with a garden. Currently, we live in the shared flat as sisters **Michelle (31) and Sina** (28). We are open, humorous, interested in many things, and are up for a cozy evening just as much as for our own plans. **What awaits you:** * **Three rooms are available to choose from**, the bathroom will be shared with the other new flatmate * Spacious house with plenty of space and a **garden** * Do you have a green thumb? Perfect – you are welcome to go wild in the garden * A few shared **garden days per year** are part of it * A **weekly chore** is also part of shared flat life * **All-inclusive room price** – including parking space, utilities, insurance, internet, Serafe etc. We are looking for open, humorous, **tidy and clean people** who also enjoy pitching in. We are **not a Zweck-WG** (a flatshare for convenience only), but we enjoy our personal space just as much and definitely do not sit on top of each other 24/7.
