Da unser Mitbewohner zurück in seine Heimat zieht, ist ein WG-Zimmer wieder verfügbar per 1. Oktober 2026. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ 1 Schlafzimmer (12qm) zur Untervermietung in 4.5-Zimmer Maisonettewohnung (drei-stöckig) in Glattpark. Möbliert wie auf dem Foto, falls gewünscht. Wir (43 und 39, weiblich) haben ein Zimmer zu vermieten per 1. Oktober 2026 für monatlich CHF 1000.00 inkl. allen NK (Strom, Betriebs-u.Heizkosten, Serafe Internetanschluss, Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime). Keine zusätzlichen Kosten. Mietkaution in Höhe von 1 Monatsmiete zusammen mit deiner ersten Miete und Betreibungsregisterauszug notwendig. Mitbenutzung: Wohnzimmer, Küche, Keller, und grosse wohnungseigene Terrasse. Wir befinden uns praktisch direkt am See im Naherholungsgebiet Glattpark (Opfikon), sowie sehr guten ÖV-Verbindungen nach Oerlikon, Wallisellen, Glattbrugg und zum Flughafen. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind in der Wohnung vorhanden, sowie 2 Badezimmer/Toiletten für alle 3 Personen. Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, ordentliche, freundliche, tolerante, rücksichtsvolle und vorallem auch tierliebe Person für eher langfristiges Zusammenwohnen. Du kommst einer regelmässigen Arbeit nach, kannst dir die Miete von CHF 1000.00 und Mietzinsdepot in der Höhe einer Monatsmiete leisten und hast den aktuellen Betreibungsregisterauszug (max. 1 Monat alt) bereit und bist WG-erfahren? October 2026: We (43 and 39, female) have a 12sqm bedroom for rent/sublease in our large 4.5-room Maisonette apartment (3 floors). It comes with furniture as in he foto, if wanted. Avaliable as of 1. October 2026. Monthly rent is CHF 1000.00 including all NK (electricity, operating and heating costs, Serafe, internet connection, Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime). No additional costs. We will need a rental deposit of 1 month rent together with your first rent, and your recent debt enforcement register extract ("Betreibungsregisterauszug" no older than 1 month). We share use of the living room, kitchen, cellar, a large terrace, almost directly at the small lake in the recreation area Glattpark (Opfikon) with very good connections to Oerlikon, Wallisellen, Glattbrugg and the airport. Washing machine and dryer are in the apartment as well as 2 bathrooms for us three flatmates. We are looking for a long-term, reliable, neat, friendly, tolerant, considerate and animal-loving person!
