Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a room in my apartment from 16.11. to 27.12. (or longer/long-term). The apartment is located on the 5. OG with an elevator. From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the Münster and the Kirchenfeldbrücke. The Aare and the Marzili are quickly reachable on foot.
The train station is reachable in around 10 minutes on foot, the Sternenmarkt (Christmas market) on the Kleinen Schanze in about 5 minutes.

The room is basically rented unfurnished, but can also be taken furnished if required.

You would live together with me (35J) and my six-year-old child. We are both rather quiet and value a relaxed, respectful, and uncomplicated coexistence.
My home is an important place of relaxation and peace for me. My son goes to sleep around 21 Uhr; from then on, it should become correspondingly quieter in the apartment.

The apartment is a bright 3,5-Zimmer-Maisonettewohnung over two floors and garden. In the spacious living room, there is a Cheminée and a spiral staircase to the upper area. This second area is primarily used as a play and retreat area for my son.
