Hello everyone! In my bright and spacious, approx. 100sqm 4.5-room apartment, a beautiful and quiet bedroom will become available from mid-October/beginning of November! The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the forest. Our house has only three residential units (one unit on each floor). The tram stops Friedhof Enzenbühl and Rehalp (Tram 4 and S18) are only 1-2 minutes walking distance away and run at intervals of approx. 7 minutes during the day - the city center can thus be reached in around 12 minutes! The apartment features: – a modern, open Miele kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave etc. – a large and cozy living room – two bedrooms (one of them for you) – a shared office (ideal for home office) – a bathroom with two washbasins (one for you) – cellar rooms with own Miele washing machine, drying room, bicycle room – a beautiful garden seating area for relaxing – high-quality wooden flooring in all rooms Your room is approx. 16 m² in size, unfurnished, and is located on the forest side. Because of this, it remains pleasantly cool and quiet even in summer. You can easily accommodate a large bed and a 2m wardrobe here. A shared room is used as a home office/office. Here you can easily set up, for example, a desk and/or pursue your hobby. We will get along well if an orderly, clean, and beautiful home is important to you. Respectful and orderly interaction with one another is important to you. Ideally, you are employed, a non-smoker, and speak German or English. About me: I am 27 years old (f) and work in the finance industry (sometimes from home). In my free time, I like to cook, do sports, and travel a lot, and am otherwise quite active.
