The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a large desk. It is ready to be lived in upon your arrival. The location allows you to easily reach the center of Lausanne as well as the universities and higher education institutions by public transport. A Coop, a Lidl and several bus stops are located a few minutes' walk away. The rent includes all charges: water, electricity, heating and high-speed Internet. Bed linen is also provided.
