6200m² office

With Étage, a compact high-rise building is being created in Zürich Oerlikon that combines modern working worlds with consistent sustainability.

Directly near the Oerlikon station, flexibly divisible areas for office, educational, and healthcare uses are being created – from around 780 m² up to 6’200 m². Occupancy is planned for 1 April 2030.

Modern workspaces with high flexibility are being created on eight upper floors. Gastronomy and retail on the ground floor enliven the location and create attractive meeting zones. The concept is complemented by two outdoor space levels with versatile areas for staying.

Sustainability is at the center of the project: intelligent building technology, renewable energies, and circular materials ensure efficient and resource-saving operation.

The location also convinces through its excellent accessibility. Zürich Hauptbahnhof is reachable in 5 to 7 minutes, Zürich Airport in 5 to 6 minutes. Tram, bus, bicycle, and car sharing offer optimal mobility for employees and customers.
