Ich vermiete meine schöne, möblierte Wohnung inkl. Garagenparkplatz per sofort bis Ende März 2027. Die Mietdauer ist flexibel und wir können gemeinsam auch eine kürzere Mietdauer vereinbaren.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone, ein Balkon auf der Seite mit Morgen- und Abendsonne, sowie ein ruhiger grosszügiger Balkon mit Nachmittags- und Abendsonne an der Gebäuderückseite mit Aussicht ins Grüne. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, welche in der Wohnung aber nicht gehört werden kann.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Wohnquartier Wipkingen (8037 Zürich) und überzeugt durch ihre hervorragende Lage: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die Limmat und die Zürcher Innenstadt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Flughafen Zürich ist mit dem Zug in nur etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, die einige Monate in Zürich verbringen oder auf eine dauerhafte Unterkunft warten.

I am renting out my beautiful, fully furnished apartment, including a garage parking space, from now until the end of March 2027. The rental period is flexible, and we can also agree on a shorter stay.

The apartment was built in 2016 to a high owner-occupied standard and has just been fully furnished with brand-new furniture. It is ready to move in immediately. The apartment features two balconies: one facing the side, with both morning and evening sun, and a quiet, spacious balcony at the back of the building, offering afternoon and evening sun as well as a lovely view of the surrounding greenery. Although the apartment is located on a busy main road, the traffic noise cannot be heard inside the apartment.

The apartment is located in the popular residential neighborhood of Wipkingen (8037 Zurich) and benefits from an excellent location. Shops, public transportation, the Limmat River, and Zurich city center are all within easy reach. Zurich Airport can be reached by train in just around 10 minutes.

The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple looking to spend a few months in Zurich or needing a temporary place to stay while waiting for permanent accommodation.
