Room in a shared flat

German:
2 rooms are becoming available, one from 30.11 and one from 30.12, in a spacious and quiet bilingual shared apartment with 5 people. Only 10 minutes by bus or bike from the station and 1 minute on foot to the Denner (very practical!)
The shared apartment has a spacious living room, two bathrooms, a balcony, several large (work) tables, as well as a kitchen with two refrigerators and a dishwasher. The attic and the cellar can also be used. The tumble dryer, the washing machine, and the bicycle parking space are shared with the neighbors.

You will live with the following roommates:
Eph (30 years) has lived in the shared apartment since 2022. He works at a primary school. He is also a DJ and plays in bars, at parties, or at weddings on the weekend.
Sophiane (23 years) works in gastronomy and in her free time is a big fan of video games and strength training.
Henrique (22 years) is a student. He likes sports and video games.
Flora (20) is a student at the HKB. In her free time, she likes to dance, play piano, and cook. She will leave the apartment as of 01.01.27 because she wants to live closer to nature.
Olivia (21 years) has lived in the WG since spring 2024. In her free time, she plays video games and likes to be creative. She is a medical practice assistant in a clinic and will move in with her partner as of November.

Room available from 01.12.26 (or upon request): 450 CHF/month; This small but charming room is the ideal retreat. It is flooded with sunlight in the morning and is very bright. Currently occupied by Olivia.
Room available from 01.01.27: 450 CHF/month; Small but practical, with an integrated wall cupboard that offers plenty of storage space. Currently occupied by Flora.

2 chambres ses libèrent, un dès 30.11 et un dès 30.12 dans une colocation bilingue spacieuse et tranquille de 5 personnes. À seulement 10 minutes en bus / vélo de la gare et à 1 minute à pied du Denner (très pratique !)
La coloc dispose d’un salon spacieux, de deux salles de bains, d’un balcon, de plusieurs grandes tables (de travail), d’une cuisine avec deux réfrigérateurs et un lave-vaisselle. Le grenier et la cave peuvent également être utilisés. Le sèche-linge, la machine à laver et le local à vélos sont partagés avec les voisines.

Tu vivras avec :
Eph (30 ans) vit dans la coloc depuis 2022. Il travaille dans une école primaire. Il est également DJ et mixe le week-end dans des bars, lors de fêtes ou de mariages.
Sophiane (23 ans) bosse dans la restauration et dans son temps libre il est un grand fan de jeux vidéo et de musculation.
Henrique (22 ans) est étudiant. Il aime bien les sports et les jeux vidéo.
Flora (20 ans) est étudiante à la HKB. Pendant son temps libre, elle aime danser, jouer du piano et cuisiner. Elle quittera l'appartement le 1er janvier 2027, car elle souhaite vivre plus près de la nature.
Olivia (21 ans) vit en colocation depuis le printemps 2024. Pendant son temps libre, elle joue aux jeux vidéo et aime faire preuve de créativité. Elle est assistante médicale dans une clinique et emménagera avec son compagnon à partir de novembre.

Chambre libre dès 01.12.26 (ou sur demande) : 450 CHF / mois ; Petite mais charmante, cette chambre est le refuge idéal. Baignée par la lumière du soleil le matin, elle est très lumineuse. Occupée actuellement par Olivia.
Chambre libre dès 01.01.27 : 450 CHF / mois ; Petite mais pratique, armoire murale intögröe ce qui offre pas mal de rangement. Occupée actuellement par Flora.
