1 room single room

Hi everyone
Who would enjoy the following constellation. For CHF 1'500.00 per month incl. estimated utilities, you have not only your own room, but also your bath/shower, as well as the living room/atelier and balcony. See 1-4 on the floor plan. The bed in the photo in your bedroom is not the one that will be in there. As soon as my flatmate has moved out, I will put a new one in. This will be on 3 October. So the living room/atelier and the balcony can currently still be designed by yourself. An underground parking space for CHF 140.00 is also currently included. That would be the rough outline. I am Mike myself and would like to stay living here for a while. That is why of this advertisement. It would not be my 1st shared apartment, however, but the 1st shared apartment with someone whom I did not already know beforehand. Anyway. Let's try! The housing market is dry and overpriced and I hate moving like the plague. It could be that I have to move. But first of all, I am sending this advertisement into orbit. :-) Well! Interested?!
