Room in a shared flat

In our 4-person shared apartment in Jaberg (BE), three rooms are becoming available:

Room 1 (with gallery - 822.-) as of 1 November 2026

Room 3 (767.-) as of 1 January 2027

About me:

I (m 31) work as a cook in the social sector, live vegan, and love being in nature. I regularly go on road bike tours and enjoy challenging myself with other triathletes in the summer. 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️

I am very enthusiastic about a healthy, mindful lifestyle and try to live as climate-friendly as possible. Furthermore, in addition to my profession, I also very much enjoy cooking healthy and vegan meals for my housemates. 🌱

If you also possess these or similar qualities, that would be wonderful news :)

About the apartment:

The living area is incredibly large and spacious. The kitchen also has above-average amounts of space.
We have 1 large bathroom with a bathtub and a small toilet on the ground floor.
A generous outdoor area awaits you with a terrace, vegetable patches, lounge, and chickens from the landlady.
The Aare can also be reached in a 2-minute walk.
In the basement, a gym is also available for shared use.
I share the apartment with my male cat Flöckli. He is rather shy with new people, but very cuddly once he knows them. 🐈
He does not hunt and spends most of his time in my room.
No other cats are currently allowed.

The shared apartment is reachable on foot from Kiesen station in 15 minutes. Even faster by bicycle.
There are parking spaces that can be rented for an additional 40.- per month. 🚙

PS:
I would also be open to handing over the shared apartment. Meaning that all 4 rooms could be taken over so that something new can emerge.
My room also features its own bathroom (887.-)
The total rent would then be 3198.- (incl. utilities, excl. electricity etc.)
