Room in a shared flat

One room available – maybe for you? 🌿

About us:
We are two girls (28 and 30) – for one, the textbooks for the oral bar exam are currently on the table, while for the other, much revolves around marketing professionally. For our third shared apartment room, we are looking for a sympathetic female flatmate who is interested in relaxed, uncomplicated living together.

We like to go outdoors: on the bike, in hiking boots, or on skis. We cook and eat together from time to time, tell each other about our day between brushing teeth and doorframes, and equally appreciate it when everyone pursues their own plans. Shared time can happen spontaneously, without a mandatory program.

It is important to us that we feel comfortable at home. For us, this includes cleanliness, order, and a considerate way of treating one another. We are not a party flat – instead, a cozy home with space for exchange and retreat.
Do you like it similarly and are looking for a home where you can simply be yourself? Then feel free to write us a few lines about yourself. We look forward to getting to know you!

About the apartment:
The apartment is in a beautiful, newly renovated old building. The room is approx. 11qm in size, bright, and has a wooden floor. There are still ceiling rosettes on the ceiling.
The windows have been freshly renovated and block noise from outside.

The shared apartment offers its own laundry tower, a roof terrace for shared use, and a cozy living room with a bay window. There is sufficient storage space both in the attic and in the cellar. The kitchen, like the shower, was renovated approx. 2-3 years ago and offers modern equipment with a dishwasher.
